Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as framing, drywalling, or concrete work.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the site foreman and crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
