Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and rough-in work.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and power tools safely.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper handling and organization on job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and prepare areas for the upcoming work week.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic site plans when required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in general construction, landscaping, or industrial labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
