Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site tasks including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) frequently.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
