Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, shoveling, and tamping.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Transport materials between job sites and storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we train the right attitude.
