Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours and finishings with professional-grade tools
- Install and finish drywall, stucco, and plaster to premium standards
- Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, sanders) for material prep
- Assist skilled carpenters with framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA and company protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction/labor experience in skilled trades
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow verbal instructions
- Physical stamina for lifting (50+ lbs), climbing, and prolonged standing
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with potential for overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
