Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling construction materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as scheduled.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
