Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and concrete finishing as required.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
