Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and jackhammers under supervision.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by site supervisors and foremen.
- Ensure proper communication with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
