Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power washers, as required.
- Follow all project blueprints and instructions provided by the foreman or site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
