Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, lifting, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and handheld power tools under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for up to 10 hours a day, including heavy lifting (50+ lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints or instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
