Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following safety protocols
- Support carpenters and skilled trades with basic tasks
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 6 AM - 4 PM
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for outdoor, labor-intensive work
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
