Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction activities under supervision
- Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Complete daily timesheets and report job progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurements
