Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools (forklifts, jackhammers) under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Transport materials between job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
