What You Will Do:
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in various on-site tasks including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
