Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize materials from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintenance duties.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Steel-toed boots and hard hat are required on site.
