Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition tasks as required
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Report site issues and maintain daily progress logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including overtime
