Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical failures using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless workflow
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Provide client consultations and technical guidance on electrical solutions
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and construction drawings
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
