Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and foundation work according to blueprints
- Install and finish concrete structures, forms, and reinforcements
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Apply specialized skills in carpentry, masonry, and steel reinforcement
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and structural integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 75 lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
