Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems on commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, including panel upgrades, lighting systems, and circuit failures.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to OSHA safety standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Inspect existing electrical infrastructure to identify potential hazards and recommend upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of work orders and time logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners and business owners.
- Manage inventory of electrical supplies and tools on the job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a weekend shift environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and local codes.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
