Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate weekend shift schedules with project managers and team members
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Provide exceptional client communication and service during on-site work
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve complex electrical issues
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Exceptional time management and adaptability to changing project demands
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
