Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Manage weekend shift schedules and coordinate with project teams
- Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Complete detailed documentation and service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (journeyman or master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation and repair experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, wiring methods, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex electrical problems
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Physical ability to handle tools, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
