Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Perform system diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Lead project teams for weekend installations and emergency services
- Document work orders and maintain detailed project reports
- Mentor junior technicians on safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (WA or PA state)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in residential/commercial electrical systems, HVAC controls, and smart home tech
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
