Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical infrastructure
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers for seamless weekend project execution
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven weekend shift reliability and availability
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex systems
- Familiarity with smart home and renewable energy systems
- Clean driving record and valid WA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
