Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Complete accurate job tickets, timecards, and material logs daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople on-site.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (State of Minnesota).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.
- Familiarity with blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
