Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and system testing using advanced tools
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Lead weekend shift operations with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades professionals
- Document work completion and maintain service records
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend assignments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska state electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
