Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Georgia state codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead emergency weekend service calls with rapid response protocols
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices during installations
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance audits
- Document all work orders, materials, and project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Master Electrician license (or Journeyman with 5+ years)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLCs
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certified
- Proven track record of weekend shift reliability
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta city permitting processes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
