Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe bursts, clogs, leaks, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform backflow prevention testing and water heater installations
- Ensure compliance with MA/NY plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency weekend services with rapid response protocols
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Maintain detailed service reports and client communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in MA or NY (required)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
