Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repairs.
- Respond to weekend service calls and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical diagrams to plan plumbing layouts.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC piping.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and comply with safety and local building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain technical issues to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
