Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Adhere strictly to all local Chicago plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and providing estimates.
- Keep work vehicles and toolboxes organized and clean.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License issued by the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and local building codes.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
