Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, water heaters, and pipe installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and plumbing inspections for new and existing clients
- Respond to emergency service calls during weekend shifts with minimal travel time
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend team rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with valid Texas state license
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional holidays
