Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair complex piping systems, including copper, PEX, and galvanized steel.
- Emergency Response: Provide rapid response repairs for residential and commercial clients during weekend shifts.
- Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure code compliance and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to diagnose issues and explain repair options.
- Documentation: Complete job reports and maintain accurate records of materials and labor used.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize company tools and vehicles in a clean and safe manner.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master Plumber license in the State of New York.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding local plumbing codes.
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and current CDL or Class B license preferred.
