Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools and leak detection equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety standards and strictly adheres to local and national plumbing codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues, provide accurate estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to arrive on time and complete multiple job sites within the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (valid in Arizona).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Proven ability to work flexible weekend shifts, holidays, and emergency call-outs as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
