Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping.
- Perform weekend emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance calls with speed and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, drainage, and venting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Document all work completed accurately in the company's digital management system.
Qualifications
- Valid and current California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in the San Diego area.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, and pressure testing.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
