Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Document work orders and inventory usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Provide excellent customer service during home visits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Punctuality and reliability with daily attendance
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Washington state plumbing apprentice license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
