Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts, with a focus on weekend emergencies.
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Provide transparent, friendly, and professional communication with customers regarding job progress and pricing.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local San Diego building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the office team to schedule appointments and manage inventory.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be on-call for emergency calls.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
