Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage blockages.
- Install and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure system integrity and prevent future failures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance plans clearly to clients.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes and safety regulations while on-site.
- Document all work orders, materials used, and time spent accurately in our digital management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, local plumbing codes, and safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts and on-call emergencies.
