Responsibilities
- Emergency Repairs: Respond to after-hours calls for burst pipes, major leaks, and clogged drains to minimize property damage.
- System Installation: Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex plumbing issues using modern diagnostic equipment and standard hand tools.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Client Communication: Maintain a professional demeanor, provide clear explanations to customers, and ensure the workspace is left clean.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized van and track parts usage for accurate billing.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Tools: Personal set of professional-grade plumbing tools.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
