Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection and video inspection tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 2-hour response time
- Comply with Philadelphia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and submit detailed service reports
- Train apprentices on modern plumbing techniques
- Collaborate with project managers on weekend installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumber's License (Class A or B)
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification
- Advanced knowledge of trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Ability to work independently in weekend emergency scenarios
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
