Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material preparation and installation
- Perform site preparation duties including debris removal and equipment setup
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training/certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines
