Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50lbs), and debris removal
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and site layouts
- Assist in concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Maintain organized job sites and proper waste disposal
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
