Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Adapt to changing site conditions and weather requirements
Qualifications
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work weekends/overtime as needed
- Steel-toe boots and work clothing (provided if needed)
