Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project-specific duties
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions accurately
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Assist in material loading/unloading and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain (company provides)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
