Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Adapt to changing project requirements and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic tool handling experience (training provided)
