Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, power drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to prevent hazards
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
