Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing projects
- Maintain job site safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate task completion
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pre-employment drug screening required
