Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades as needed
- Maintain organized job sites and comply with safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Load/unload materials and operate light machinery
- Complete daily task reports and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and outdoor work
- Basic tool knowledge and construction safety awareness
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction experience a plus
