Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and ground clearing
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades with material staging and setup
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying materials
- Complete daily safety checks and report equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites within service area
