Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Perform basic concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
