Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and project requirements.
- Operate and maintain light construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all site safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends and early mornings.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
