Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction projects
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Travel to project sites in Wichita, KS and Texas as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to travel to Texas projects (expenses covered)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
